🕒 What are your store opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Wednesday and Fridays, 9.30am – 4pm, Thursdays 9.30am - 3pm, and Saturdays from 9am – 12pm.
Closed Sundays and public holidays (unless otherwise announced during seasonal events).
📍 Where are you located?
You can find us at 128 Heeney Street, Chinchilla QLD — right in the heart of town. Look for the vibrant mural on our Northern facing external wall and our warm, creative window display and come say hi!
🛍 Can I shop online?
Yes! A selection of our handmade products is available to order online. We’re always adding new pieces, so keep checking back or follow us on socials for updates.
As we are also operating from a physical store and online we may on the rare occasion unfortunately oversell a product via our online store. While we do our absolute best to ensure that our stock is updated and correct online these things do happen and we will contact you ASAP regarding your order should this occur.
🚚 Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! We offer Australia-wide shipping via tracked parcel post. Local customers can also select free local pick-up to collect in store, or local delivery for a small fee.

We’re happy to offer local delivery within Chinchilla, QLD and select surrounding areas to make shopping with us even easier!

📦 How it works:
- Simply select “Local Delivery” at checkout
- We’ll hand-deliver your order straight to your letterbox or door

🎁 Are your products handmade?
Absolutely. Almost everything in store is lovingly handmade by local and regional artisans — including custom pieces from Red Hill Creative, our in-house design studio. We also have valuable collaborations and partnerships with business such as TradeMutt who we are an approved wholesaler for their conversation starting gear.
🖼 Do you take custom orders?
For a custom creation from any of our makers, feel free to reach out to the maker via their contact methods listed in their Makers Bio.
Red Hill Creative is located in house that specialises in personalised and custom designed laser cutting and engraving. Pop into the store or send us a message with your ideas.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
In store, we accept EFTPOS, credit cards, and cash. Online, you can securely pay via credit card or PayPal.
🎨 I’m a maker — can I stock my products in your store?
We love supporting local creatives! If you're a maker from Chinchilla or the surrounding region, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us a message via our contact page or pop in store with some photos and info about your work.
📦 How long will my order take?
Orders are typically dispatched, ready for pick up or delivered locally within 2–4 business days.
